It’s
going to be a hot one today. I just got
done watering flowers and my pumpkin patch.
The weather will be affecting my progress on editing today. My computer just doesn’t run as smoothly even
with my air on. Additionally, while I am
developing this project I still need to continue other commitments in my
life. Today is no exception. I work in Northfield part time as their Audio
Visual Technician taping and streaming their City Council Meetings and
workshops. So while I do not have as
much time to devote to the Govenaires today…guess what? I found some more archived material that I
think you will find entertaining and coincides with the projects general goals.
A
brief intro…
I
found two of my first clips I edited while attending the University of
Minnesota Technical College in Waseca.
While taking a TV & Radio class I learned the concept of linear
editing. I was also in the Radio Club,
KUMW. As a club presentation for the
school we came up with this idea. The
first clip is “Shut upa Your Face”. The
good sports in this clip are some of the teachers and leaders of the
school.
If
anyone recognizes any of the people in the clip please share this clip with
them. I have lost touch with many that I
went to school with but this fun memory was easy to transfer to you as well as reminisce
about.
I’m
Alright…
The
following lip sync is my fellow classmates.
If anyone recognizes any of my fellow college classmates please share
this post with them. Can you tell which
one is me?
The
graphic title stated: Directed by Kris
Diamond, Edited by Pat Stoffel (that’s me), and Assisted by RAM Radio –
KUMW. Fall, 1981.
A Portion of the Pat Rosenow Archive
As you can see I have a wide
varieties of clips to choose from.
While
I enjoy bringing you these very time capsulated memories I’m finding that
funding will be crucial in the projects success. If you have enjoyed some of these clips
already presented to you, perhaps you would like to contribute to my efforts!
It’s
easy, become a follower, read and watch along.
Sponsor some of my posts. There
is a multitude of ways you can help. For
right now my email is prose1959@yahoo.com
and I am open to suggestions and or ideas!
And remember what
Captain Jimmy said…
